Ibc22 Terms & Conditions for Platform Use
This document sets out the terms and conditions governing user access to the ibc22 platform in Malaysia. Please read carefully before registering or using any of our services. By accessing the platform, you agree to be bound by all provisions stated herein.

1. Acceptance of Terms
By registering an account, logging in, or using any part of the ibc22 platform, you explicitly and unconditionally agree to comply with these Terms & Conditions, along with the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, which form part of this agreement.
If you do not agree to any part of these terms, please do not use the platform. ibc22 may update or modify terms at any time. Users are responsible for regularly reviewing the terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
This platform is only authorized for use by individuals aged 18 and above. By registering, you confirm that you meet the minimum age requirement and that using the platform is legal in your jurisdiction.
2. Account Creation, Security, and User Responsibility
Each user is allowed to register only one account on ibc22. Multiple account registrations by the same individual are strictly prohibited and may result in suspension or closure of all related accounts without prior notice.
When registering, you must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. ibc22 reserves the right to request identity verification (KYC) documents at any time to verify the accuracy of information provided. Failure to comply may result in account access restrictions or fund holds until verification is completed.
You are fully responsible for keeping your account password secure and not sharing it with any third party. Any activity under your account is your responsibility. If you suspect unauthorized access, please contact ibc22 support immediately.
- One valid account per individual only.
- Registration information must be accurate and up to date.
- Users are responsible for the security of their passwords.
- Account abuse may lead to closure without compensation.
3. Payments, Transactions, and Currency
All transactions on the ibc22 platform are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Deposits and withdrawals must be made through approved payment methods registered under the same user name. ibc22 does not accept third-party payments on behalf of users.
Deposits are usually credited within the time frame depending on the chosen payment method. Withdrawals are processed after successful identity verification. ibc22 reserves the right to withhold withdrawals until all security and compliance verifications are complete. Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal limits apply according to current policies, which can be viewed after logging into your account.
Any attempted fraud, money laundering, or use of unauthorized payment methods will result in immediate account closure and further legal action under Malaysian law.
4. Platform Usage Rules and Liability Limits
Users agree to use the ibc22 platform solely for legitimate personal entertainment purposes. Using the platform for any activities violating Malaysian laws or applicable international laws is strictly prohibited.
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the ibc22 platform:
- Using automated software, bots, or scripts to access or manipulate the platform.
- Attempting to hack, breach, or interfere with the platform’s security systems.
- Sharing, selling, or transferring accounts to another party.
- Using the platform for money laundering or illegal financing activities.
- Spreading false information, harmful content, or disrupting other users.
Ibc22 is not responsible for any indirect losses, business losses, or loss of profits arising from the use or inability to use the platform, including technical disruptions, system maintenance, or events beyond our control. ibc22's maximum liability to any user is limited to the total balance of the user’s active account at the time of the relevant incident.
5. Account Policies, Intellectual Property, and Third-Party Links
Account Suspension and Closure
Ibc22 reserves the right to suspend or close user accounts at any time without prior notice in cases of terms violation, suspected fraud, illegal activities, or legitimate operational reasons. Users whose accounts are closed due to terms breaches are not entitled to refund promotional funds or unused bonus credits. Valid remaining funds will be returned after investigation is completed, subject to ibc22's discretion.
Intellectual Property
All content on the ibc22 platform—including logos, designs, text, graphics, software, and brand names—is the exclusive property of ibc22 or its licensors and protected under Malaysian copyright law. Users are not permitted to copy, redistribute, display, or use any content for commercial purposes without written consent from ibc22.
Third-Party Links
The ibc22 platform may include references to third-party services such as game providers, payment processors, or technology partners. ibc22 is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites or services. Use of third-party services is at the user’s own risk.
6. Changes to Terms and Applicable Law
Ibc22 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon publication on this page. Users are encouraged to review this page regularly to ensure compliance with the latest version of the terms.
These Terms & Conditions are governed and interpreted in accordance with Malaysian law. Any disputes related to the use of the ibc22 platform are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Malaysian courts, unless otherwise agreed in writing between the parties.
